The Kenya-Trusant Group is hiring a Program Analyst I to join our team to provide administrative and related institutional support services to the USAID/ Bureau for Legislative and Public Affairs ( LPA).  

Job Description

• Provides assistance to one or more Division work streams in the areas of research, analysis, reporting, programming, policy, planning, and/or internal program operations.
• Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and coordinating with others where appropriate.
• Works with implementing partners as part of a team under the guidance of team lead, A/CORs and Senior Activity Managers, where appropriate, to build internal and external relationships and monitor and support progress toward completion of programmatic goals.
• Supports various components of programs and team which may involve the selection process, grant management, M&E, and engagement.
• Participates in due diligence reviews and support a portfolio of nonprofits, businesses, and academic organizations to help maximize their success.

Qualifications

• Must have current Secret clearance
• Three to ten years of experience and a B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. degree. Typically performs all functional duties independently.
