The Kenya-Trusant Group is hiring a Junior Program Assistant to join our team to provide administrative and related institutional support services to the USAID Office of Acquisition and Assistance, M/OAA/Development, Democracy, and Innovation.
Provides general support to Center/ office programming, to include maintaining time and attendance records, administrative tasks, preparing program documents and correspondence, researching and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, and providing customer service to diverse stakeholders.
May serve as an Activity Manager on one or more OU awards or workstreams, helping to manage complex relationships and coordinate activities across one or more teams.
Is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Must have current Facility Access Clearance (FAC).
Has up to three years’ experience and a B.A./B.S. degree.
