Job Description:


Contract Maintenance Professional Level 2 needed to provide Acquisition and Program Management support an existing program in the Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction, MD area. 

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Government in administering contracts to include drafting of modifications to contract documents such as TTOs, Award Fee Plans, and CDRLs; tracking, analyzing, and reporting contract costs; and monitoring and reporting on contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and receipt of goods and services
  • Update Burn Rates//Analyze Estimates Provided by Contractor
  • Review Invoices
  • Draft Modifications for Existing TTOs//Prepare TTO/DO Funding Tables
  • Refine Requirements to Ensure In Scope
  • Review/Track Requisitions; Track Contract Funding against DoD/BM&A Goals
  • Track Contract Costs at TTO, CLIN/SLIN/ACRN, BC Levels
  • Analyze QAR Data to ensure consistency with burn rate analysis
  • Review Spendplans; ULO and TAR Validation
  • Identify Cost Overruns/Underruns; Track Award Fee Pool and Calculate Earned Fee// Award Fee Documentation
  • Contract Estimates for CRs and SP Build
  • Track CPEA Due Dates; Assist GCM at Contract/Program Status Reviews
  • Compare Submitted Resumes Against LCAT Requirements
  • Assist in Responses to Data Call for Contract Execution Information; Conduct Contract Maintenance Activities
 

Education:
  • Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.  In lieu of a degree, DAWIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.  In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience writing pre-solicitation documents in compliance with Agency Policy 8-2, including annexes, or another DoD Agency’s similarly guiding acquisition policy.
  • Extensive experience with large contracts
