Objective:


The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a cleared Video Project Coordinator - Level III to provide professional video production services supporting the Department of State in Washington, D.C.

Position Requirements:

Video Project Coordinator - Level III - Expert level knowledge and professional experience required in all or most of the qualifications below:
  1. Create project documents in support of digital-first content used to optimize social media engagement.
  2. Develop and produce production, productivity, and expense tracking reports to effectively schedule and monitor use of production assets.
  3. Conduct analysis of resource utilization, output and usage metrics of videos and programs to analyze effectiveness of social media marketing and distribution.
  4. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products and other database and presentation software.
  5. Train others on production schedules, usage analysis, marketing and distribution of IIP content.
  6. Develop and operate the team’s inventory tracking system.
  7. Liaise with project stakeholders to develop schedules, budgets, project goals and monitors project status to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  8. Coordinate grant programs, partnerships and other special projects designed to produce or acquire content or execute public diplomacy programs.
  9. Coordinate outreach or promotional programs, developing calendars and materials to inform stakeholders of upcoming programming.
  10. Assist team in developing presentations and reports to stakeholders and outside parties.
  11. Manage video assets using a media asset management (MAM) system - e.g. complying with IIP standards and performing metadata tagging of raw media and finished videos for distribution on different digital platforms.
  12. Assists with annual inventory and keeps government equipment clean and organized.
  13. Travel may be required (national and international). Travel may be on short notice and require regular weekend work and long days to deliver videos under tight deadlines.
  14. Education level: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Public diplomacy experience is preferred.
