(MM) Arabic-Iraqi Operational Language Analyst - Native (OLAN) Skill Level 3, 4

Position Summary: 
The Kenjya-Trusant Group (KTG) is seeking an Arabic-Iraqi Operational Language Analyst - Native (OLAN) performs tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform tasks required to process voice/and or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT operations.
  • Recover essential elements of information.
  • Render translations and/or transcripts that are complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken material.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.  
Level 3
  • 4 yrs full-time experience translating at ILR 3 in target language or 8 yrs without degree
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional yrs of work experience
  • ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic
  • 1 year experience typing on an English keyboard.
Level 4
  • 8 yrs full-time experience translating at ILR 3 in target language or 12 yrs without degree
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional yrs of work experience
  • ILR Skill Level 3 in BOTH Audio and Graphic
  • 4 of 8 yrs in crypto language processing in target language
    • Crypto Language Processing: scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases, QC’ing, mentoring, and drafting intel reports
  • 3 or 4 yrs primary duty: translating, transcribing, and/or gisting
  • 2 of 4 yrs has to be within 4 yrs of resume submission
  • One 1 year experience typing on an English keyboard.
  • Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly. 
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Level III: The proposed salary range for this position is: $165,000 - $212,000.
Level IV: The proposed salary range for this position is: $244,000 - $284,000.
