(FSS) - Contract Closeout Specialist
Washington, D.C. · Accounting/FinancePosition Summary: The Kenjya-Trusant Group (KTG) is seeking a contractor to provide the following support in order to process documents needed for award, administration, and close-out of all Interagency agreements and the close-out of all contract actions to support the Financial Services Branch in this need.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete the necessary documents to properly closeout contract actions (cost, time and material, Labor Hour, fixed priced) and Intra/ Interagency agreements for the contracting officers' review
- Complete closeouts based on a prioritized closeout list provided by the government
- Assist in the closing out of reimbursable agreement
- Assist in the close-out of IAA’s and Contract Actions
- Make necessary changes based on Contracting Officers' review comment
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- 3 years of relevant experience in performing contract activities.
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $77,000.
