(RF) Senior TechSigint Analyst SME Level 2,3 (TS/SCI w/Poly)

DESCRIPTION:
  • Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals.
  • Leverage compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains.
  • Understand compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Level 2
  • Requires eight (8) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or four (4) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree for a total of 10 years.
  • Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP).
  • Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
Level 3
  • Requires ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree for a total of 12 years.
  • Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field.
