(FN) Senior Construction Manager (TS/SCI)
Annapolis Junction, Maryland · Construction/FacilitiesThe Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Senior Construction Manager to support multi-discipline Architectural/Engineering services for projects located in the Fort Meade, Maryland and in surrounding areas, as well as other sites within the Continental United State (CONUS) or sites outside the Continental United Status (OCONUS).

Job Description
- Maintain a log of all correspondence between all parties involved in this project.
- Perform general administrative activities, such as making recommendations to the Contracting Officer, PM and the COR during meetings
- Perform inspections on the work performed by the Construction Contractor and make recommendations of acceptance or rejection to the COR and PM of said work.
- Review actual construction progress against the Construction Contractor’s schedule and advise the COR and PM of any discrepancies requiring corrective action.
- Respond to all requests for information and provide guidance to the COR and PM on other issues.
- Pick-up and deliver all material from the COR.
- Ensure that all Project Closeout materials such as O&M Manuals, training manuals, etc. are accurate and complete per the Contract plans and specifications.
- Assist the Government COR, from a technical standpoint, regarding the technical aspect of change orders submitted
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in Construction Management
Education Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS level) or graduate degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or construction science
Certifications/Registrations
- Certification as Construction Manager (CCM)
