(DDI) Training and Professional Development Manager
The Kenya-Trusant Group is hiring a Training and Professional Development Manager to join our team to provide administrative and related institutional support services to the USAID Office of Acquisition and Assistance, M/OAA/Development, Democracy, and Innovation.
Support strategic planning and implementation of Bureau/Division professional development program.
Support and provide senior technical expertise on professional development activities such as:
1) targeted training activities focused on areas of demand,
2) leadership development activities,
3) experiential learning programs (DREAMS: details, rotations, exchanges, mentoring, and shadowing) and
4) networking events. Lead a system mapping/network analysis process.
Provide support in the identification of external appropriate, demand-driven, in-person and virtual training, leadership, and networking opportunities.
Must have current Secret clearance
Junior Level: Has up to three years’ experience and a B.A./B.S. degree. Is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Journeyman Level: Has three to ten years of experience and a B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. degree. Typically performs all functional duties independently.
Senior Level: Has over ten years of experience and a M.A./M.S. degree. Typically works on high visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently and may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
