The Kenya-Trusant Group is hiring a SCIF Partnership Advisor to join our team. This position is located in USAID’s Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation (DDI), and supports the Supply Chain Integrity and Freedom (SCIF) Program under DDI’s Center for Economics and Market Development, (EMD), in collaboration with the Asia Bureau and the Conflict Prevention and Stabilization Bureau.
Job Description
Identifying potential partners and securing partnerships, in conjunction with DDI and SCIF leadership.
Fostering positive relationships with potential business partners as well as internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategizing on how best to engage the new partners.
Understanding partner and stakeholder needs, translating these to the team; as well as resolving any issues.
Collaborating with the team to develop and execute plans for outreach strategies, approaches and events and analyzing the outcomes to determine effectiveness and application for additional events.
Developing in-depth knowledge of DDI/SCIF projects around supply chain, relationship management, and customer experience and reports emerging issues on a continual basis.
Assists in the preparation of SCIF partner routine and special reports, presentations, speeches and briefings on developments.
Conducts analysis of user diagnostic data to gain insight on industry, regional, country, or segment trends.
Works with team to develop, manage and maintain customer relationship data.
Coordinate with Comms to share insights on the partner experience from data analyses and SCIF project stories.

Qualifications
Must have ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
Advanced degree and minimum of three years of partnership advisory experience that demonstrates application of the main economic forces that drive globalization to advisory activities or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated skill in customer relationship management (CRM) practices is required.
Demonstration of the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public is required.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
High degree of judgment, maturity, ingenuity, and originality to interpret strategy, analyze, develop, and present work and to monitor and evaluate implementation of SCIF partner activities.
Demonstrated experience in tracking and monitoring relevant customer satisfaction indicators.
Strong interpersonal communication and written and oral communication skills
Experience summarizing and assessing large sets of data and presenting summary briefing material to senior-level staff.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and other standard office systems.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Track record of successful work assignments in development of new concepts, experimentation of new approaches, and processes that push new boundaries.
Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment.
Demonstrated ability to work well with a team as well as independently
Must have a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adjust to changing demands and willingness to “let go” of projects where significant time has been invested and move to the next assignment
