(ACC) Air and Space Operations Center Weapon System (AOC WS) Program/Configuration Management Support

Kenjya-Trusant is seeking an AOC WS Configuration Manager to provide support to  Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. Support includes a full range of Information Warfare training and operations, Information Systems & Operations, Communications, Administrative Support, and Knowledge Based Services across the air, space, and cyber domains. 

Clearance Requirement - TS/SCI 


  • Primarily performs tasks in support of AOC WS mission. 
  • Provide program/configuration management and monitoring of information about AOC WS components, products, facilities and processes to branch chief. 
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, coordinating and proposing recommended changes to implementation, integration, configuration plans, concept documents and system resources. 
  • Conduct functional analysis, review enterprise change requests and enterprise change notices and propose recommended solutions to AOC WS baselines. 
  • Process Requests for Variance (RFV) annually to the AOC baseline; approximately 50 per year. 
  • Submit Enterprise Change Requests (ECR) annually into the Special Program Office (SPO) configuration management system; approximately 60 per year. 
  • Attend and support technical information exchange meetings, working groups, requirements review boards and other meetings addressing AOC WS Lead Command issues, approximately 6 per week. Perform site configuration assessments, physical audits and analysis of site RFV of system network architecture and Air Force Technical Order (TO) compliance supporting both Active and Air Reserve Components. 
  • Facilitate through documentation site turnover and acceptance of the approved baseline systems. (Approximately 1-2 per year). 
  • Possess a Master’s Degree 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with AOC WS operations, information technology architectures, network operations, and Program Management. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing within a higher headquarters level staff to include program and funding activities. 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with project planning, mission needs, operational requirements, and system modernization planning as well as organize and manage multi-disciplined projects and tasks. 
  • Possesses TS/SCI clearance
