(SF) Scheduler Level 3 (TS/SCI w/ Poly)

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly



The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) is seeking a Scheduler 3 to support an Enterprise Cross Domain Service Solutions (ECDS) contract to over 40 system domains at the unclassified, secret, and top secret levels. 

 

Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systems.
  • Works with developmental and operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assists in keeping these schedules current.
  • Uses or recommends automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera or program mandated software.
  • Develops and or modifies project schedules and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
  • Maintains the overall Master Program /Project Schedule.
  • Links or integrates with other efforts any overall master planning at higher levels, and Investment portfolios
  • May work increasingly more independently or in a lead role, handle more complex situations, provide broader areas of application, or deal with more techniques.
  • Maintains the schedule product build, staging, testing, deployment and integration
  • Defines and implements schedule configuration management processes and procedures; such as creating product build scripts and procedures, and integrate those scripts with the schedule build process
  • Develops schedule version control processes, policies and procedures and ensures that they are followed on development or operational schedule development and implementation projects


Qualifications:

  • Clearance            TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
  • Certification        Certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is required.
  • Education
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Six (6) years of experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts with similar requirements to those set forth, herein, is required.  Experience may include: successful completion of an MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera. Or
    • A Master’s Degree in a related technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts with similar requirements to those set forth, herein, is required.  Experience may include: successful completion of an MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera. Or
    •  An Associate’s Degree in a related technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Eight (8) years of experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts with similar requirements to those set forth, herein, is required.  Experience may include: successful completion of an MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera. Or
    •   A high school diploma (or GED) and twelve (12) years of experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts with similar requirements to those set forth, herein, is required.  Shall have successfully completed an MS Project or Primavera course and demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera.
