Journeyman Administrative Professional - Data Analyst

The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a Journeyman Administrative Professional - Data Analyst to provide support to AFCEC/CFTP onsite at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX.  
  • Assist with management of the AFCEC/CFTP Workflow.
  • Assist with reviewing/updating Business rules on an annual basis.
  • Analyze data and perform cross-comparisons and data gap analysis.   
  • Perform QA/QC Reviews on high-level briefing slides to ensure accuracy.
  • Review and consolidate inputs into Final Draft WARs and MARs and submit Weekly Activity and Monthly Activity Reports.
  • Assist with Records Management; Store, search, retrieve and dispose of records. Search and retrieve records required by the Freedom of Information Act and close record searched in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
  • Provide Conference and Meeting Support to include for Division Chief and others.
    • Develop meeting agenda, notify participants through meeting invitation, gather data and provide slides for each of the aforementioned meetings. Track all action items generated from the aforementioned meetings and assist in resolving Action Items.
    • Develop meeting invitations, confirmations, and questions for government personnel interviews for the Division.
  • Ensure folders for the Division are maintained/updated and documentation properly organized.
  • Update various distribution lists by adding/changing/deleting names for notifications, meetings, and emails for the Division.
  • Distribute departmental mail throughout the Directorate to include the Director level and Division level on a weekly basis.  Prepare correspondence (to include but not limited to: service/retirement certificates, letters.)
  • Assist in tracking quarterly and annual outstanding performers' nomination packages through the AFCEC process. Facilitate ordering awards for quarterly and annual outstanding performance winners.
  • Facilitate ordering supplies on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with Records Management; Store, search, retrieve and dispose of records. Search and retrieve records required by the Freedom of Information Act and close record searched in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
  • Organize the employee Recall Rosters for the AFCEC/CFTP.
  • Prepare, track, adjust/amend, complete, and/or cancel travel orders in DTS for various TDY trips;
    • Prepare travel folders in support of TDY travel
    • Correspond with DTS Help Desk regarding various problematic authorizations.
    • Prepare and submit “Emergent Requests” to Leadership for approval of unexpected travel for the Division.
  • Workflow Management and Task Management Tool (TMT) Support:
    • Assist with management of the workflow.
    • Check status of TMT daily for divisional suspense’s and provide the Government with a tasker report.
    • Assign TMT tasker to the Government appointed/approved divisional POC.
    • Consolidate tasker responses with multiple POCs into the correct format and submit to the Government.
  • Automated Data Processing (ADP) Systems:
    • Conduct a review every pay period within ATAAPS and review all Time & Attendance for all Government employees.  
    • Access ATAAPS and identify all errors (“FLAGS”), communicate errors to Government POC and verify all flags are reconciled.
    • Build employee profiles annually and assign new employees to the appropriate Roster.
    • Retain timecards, work schedules, overtime requests and personnel folders/files.
  • Provide Project Status Report
  • Review, analyze and update Base face sheets on eDASH. 
  • Maintain and verify Commanders and Deputy List and Recall Rosters 
  • At least three (3) years of similar experience
  • Minimum 24 semester hours of Business and/or Information Technology related courses.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Administrative Support to the Air Force or DoD is required.
  • Very Strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter able to accomplish objectives without supervision.
  • Self-driven professional with customer service-oriented work ethic requested.
  • Ability to multitask a must.
  • Understanding of “Sensitive” and “Privacy Information”.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preparing meeting minutes and action items report.
  • Organizing and preparing meeting materials.
  • Managing meeting logistics.
  • Facilitate Meetings.
  • Manage work task flow.
  • Conduct task order management activities.
  • Ability to work successfully within a team.
