Provide systems engineering (SE) support to customer and partner research, development, testing and evaluation of Cyber capabilities. Specific duties will include:
- Defining and producing SE products and architecture artifacts to baseline and document a pilot system’s components, capabilities, interfaces, specifications and dependencies
- Develop/document requirements and artifacts for full implementation of capabilities
- Build user guides and document end-to-end data flows along with lesson learned and mitigations from the pilot.
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus at least fifteen (15) years of Systems Engineering experience OR

A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience. .
- A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable in lieu of degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Expertise in documenting architectures and data flows

Knowledge of, and experience with, sensors used for network security monitoring

Understanding of Systems Administration concepts and practices.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Experience documenting system requirements for a large-scale procurement.
- Experience establishing a repeatable process based on pilot activities and lessons learned.
