The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a Receptionist to support the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD) component within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) focused on providing day-to-day office administrative support services.
Position require may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

- Provide reception support such as greeting and assisting visitors, providing visitor badges to guests, contacting staff to notify them that their visitors have arrived, maintaining security protocols, answering and forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, and performing other reception related duties.
- Schedule and reserve conference rooms on behalf of the agency, arrange necessary resources, provide staff with appropriate information and forms regarding the process, rearrange schedules when necessary, and print and post schedules.
- Assist staff with the overnight mail process, packaging mail for shipment, tracking and recording documentation, researching receipt or shipment progress, reconciling invoices, and maintaining adequate inventory of shipping supplies.
- Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records. Perform routine data entry or typing, creating, editing, and maintaining documents, correspondence, and PowerPoint presentations.
