The Kenjya-Trusant Group seeks a Business Analyst to support the Department of State's Office of Language Services (LS).

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recommend and draft business procedure and policy documentation related to portable and built-in simultaneous interpreting equipment and other audio-visual equipment and services for office.
Assist Contracting Officer Representatives in coordinating maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment as needed.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot simultaneous interpreting training/testing equipment and control center as well as video teleconference services and equipment used by the office.
Operate, monitor, ship, store, track, and troubleshoot portable simultaneous interpreting equipment owned or leased by office for use on interpreting assignments.
Facilitate support for video teleconference services and equipment, communication related to office AV systems among LS Management Analysts, Department IT specialists, Bureau and vendor IT project managers, and LS program officers.
Maintain inventory of non-expendable equipment and property held by office in cooperation with Bureau inventory specialists.
Strong writing, communication, and technical skills.
Level/extent of experience in AV, IT, or other related project management
Education: Bachelor Degree
