Job Description: The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Training Program Coach in support of the Department of State's Foreign Service Institute Leadership and Management School. Individual will be responsible for providing coaching services to students face to face or virtually.

• Must be a graduate of an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approved coach
  training program and certified at the level of ACC (Associate Certified Coach) or higher.
  Other accrediting boards may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Must have, within the last 3 years, a minimum of 250 hours of documented coaching of
  managers and/or executives.

• Effectiveness as an executive coach within the federal government.
• At least five years working within the U.S. Foreign Affairs culture (e.g., Department of
  State, USAID, and Intelligence Agencies).
