Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Acquisition Professional Level III needed to support an existing program in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the Cryptographic Infrastructure Solutions program. This important program defines minimum security and interoperability network requirements, evaluates the design of cryptographic network products, and guides the development of encryption products that meet the needs of the DoD and the Intelligence Community. You will be responsible for translating engineering requirements for network encryptor design into contractual language (statements of work, Task Orders), solicitation packages, contract and program acquisition strategies, risk management, acquisition logistics support plans, life cycle cost estimates, as well as other programmatic documentation.
Level III - Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD acquisition management, program management, and/or contract management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field of study
In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, or Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (15) years may be substituted
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong experience with acquisition documentation and briefings
